Abstract An essential characteristic of tomorrow’s organization is its ability to adapt the changing criteria for success into a behavioural repertoire that ensures its continued survival, growth, and development. In other words, tomorrow’s organization needs to excel in the translation of new priorities into new organizational behaviours.
