Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines the available evidence on the impact of the 1992 MacSharry commodity measure reforms on the natural environment in Great Britain. For the purposes of the research, the ‘environment’ refers to landscape features and wildlife habitats. The chapter draws on work funded by a consortium of British environmental departments and agencies.1
