Chapter 3 in Timeless Management, 2002, pp 37-65 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract One of the things that separates leadership from management is the drive to move on, to improve and to continue to develop. We describe this as audacity: the boldness and daring to shape the future. This boldness and daring relies on a number of characteristics: confidence, positive dissatisfaction, vision, thinking outside the box and taking action.
