Introduction to Part III

Alan Coppin and John Barratt

Chapter 7 in Timeless Management, 2002, pp 177-179 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The setting for our case study is Historic Royal Palaces, an organisation operating in the charity or non-profit sector. As previously stated, we do not consider the messages from this book are applicable just to this sector. We believe they are as relevant to the individual or to public or private sector managers wishing to improve their effectiveness in getting things done through people.
