Intellectual Capital: Its Acquisition, Management and Exploitation
Fiona Czerniawska
Chapter 4 in Management Consultancy, 2002, pp 41-53 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Consultancy is the application of intellectual capital from one company to another: as the previous chapter argued, clients have gaps in their intellectual capital and hire consultants to fill them. Being able to supply a never ending stream of intellectual capital is, therefore, central to a firm’s ability to thrive.
