Chapter Chapter 1 in Journey to Lean, 2004, pp 1-11 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Excellence is inspiring. Watching Tiger Woods can spur us to dust off our golf clubs and get down to our local course. Full of good intentions, we promise we’ll go the full 18 holes, work on our handicap and spend more time on the green and less in the bar. We may even sign up for lessons with a pro, or splash out on a new set of clubs in the hope they will lift our game.
