Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents a historical analysis of two entrepreneurs from the island of Menorca (Balearic Islands). Their relevant role is highlighted and the reduced environment and the commitment to the tourist offer are analyzed. Likewise, it describes the training and education of entrepreneurs, their successes and failures.
