Alfred Marshall on Organic Growth

Ramesh Chandra

Chapter Chapter 3 in Endogenous Growth in Historical Perspective, 2022, pp 61-94 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Peter Groenewegen[aut]Groenewegen, Peter (2007), Marshall’s biographer, has listed his several achievements but growth is not one of them. However, it is important to reconstruct his growth ideas as the later authors including Allyn Young, Paul Krugman[aut]Krugman, Paul, and Paul Romer[aut]Romer, Paul drew on them.
