Introduction
Caterina Lucarelli
A chapter in Risk Tolerance in Financial Decision Making, 2011, pp 1-7 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This book sheds light on the emotional side of risk taking behaviour and is based on an innovative cross-disciplinary approach, mixing financial competences with others, related to psychology and affective neuroscience. A deep theoretical background on the issue of risk tolerance is provided, together with the singular results of an empirical research study which aims to investigate the emotional side of risk taking behaviour.
