Abstract This text comprises a selection of papers that focus on dimensions of bank strategy, performance (including risk) and the role of ratings agencies. These papers were presented at the European Association of University Teachers of Banking and Finance Conference (otherwise known as the Wolpertinger Conference) held at Bangor University, Wales, in September 2010.
