Abstract: Abstract A crisis can happen anywhere and at any time. When one does, it calls into question the very foundations of its economic and social context. There follows a search for the causes and remedies, the results of which trigger change. The depth and extent of the changes are in direct relationship to the depth and extent of the crisis.
