Chapter Chapter 7 in Bo Södersten from Left to Right, 2022, pp 53-57 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Bo Södersten was involved in a number of heated controversies all his life. One of the most controversial ones dealt with the housing market. In a book written together with Bo Sandelin, he examined how homeowners made a gain simply by living in their houses as a result of population growth, insufficient construction, and increasing building costs due to low productivity in the building sector. The chapter also makes reference to some of Bo’s later writings about the housing market.
