Abstract:
Abstract Previous research applied the bionics discipline to the study of organization management. In the 1960s, scholars have conducted studies about organization bionics, which mainly aimed to develop new models about business age and organization life cycle. Further contributions in bionics appeared, dealing with the development of bionic operating systems, bio-inspired product design practices, and a significant transformation of the organization system-defined bionic enterprises.
