Critical Success Factors
Bernardo Nicoletti
Chapter 5 in The Future of FinTech, 2017, pp 161-175 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter defines a model for critical success factors (CSFs) for fintech initiatives. Fintech refers to innovative financial services or products delivered via technology. With advancements in technology (such as mobility and the internet), coupled with their global widespread adoption, customers’ expectations are changing. Many companies or startups are working on fintech-related products and major disruptions in financial services are expected. On the other side, launching and running a startup is not an easy job (Horowitz 2014).
