Abstract: This paper introduces the approach, methodology, assumptions and tentative results of the nationwide off-site cost evaluation of Master Plan for Forestry Development. It also includes the technical contents of a Master Plan project paper and reviews recent literature and information useful in evaluating and developing the approach and its results.
