Government Expenditures of Agricultural Policies in the Philippines, 1955-1980

Abstract: This paper is an attempt to describe the historical changes in the level and distribution of government expenditures by policy from 1955-1980. While there is a need to fill the gaps in some areas, particularly the government expenditures for pricing and marketing policies, some general observations are offered.
