Abstract:
In the field of management perhaps the two most used terms are “strategy” and “communication”. Developing and operating an appropriate internal and external communication is company’s’ interest, as several studies have shown the correlation between effective internal communication and corporate performance. This paper shows how company culture and internal communication practice can influence the effective R + D considering process innovation.
