Abstract: The work titled “Short theoretical and practical considerations with substance in the system of private international law” contains relative opinions about the field of contractual obligations, which tie the parts of judicial relationships that has foreign element. There are analyzed on the basis of practical case problems concerning Italian jurisdiction competence, conflicting norms in the field of liabilities, aspects referring to “lex fori”, “lex voluntatis”, issues of substantial law regarding the exception of non-execution, resolution, etc. The study is connected to the field of private international law.
