Abstract: Starting from the definition accepted in the international documents, which says that electronic commerce represents “the combined and optimum use of all communication technologies available for the development of enterprise commerce”, we can realize the importance, complexity and modernity on the procedure as such. The electronic signature, on-line contracts, the domains where it can interfere, the electronic payment transfer are all problems that claim to be judicially institutionalized. Moreover, once the regulations from EU have been applied, there has been raised the necessity to harmonize our country legislation in this matter. All these problems demonstrate the importance and the actuality of this domain of study.
