Abstract:
The notion of “invention” as it is generally known is a new technical achievement in any domain and represents a progress compared to the previous achievement (according to DEX). We could accept a definition of this notion as “an idea which gives a practical solution to a problem occurring in a domain of technology”. The idea should be a novelty on the world level and it should be useful. As we find ourselves in a technical area we will definitely refer to “invention” as to “a new technical achievement” on the world level.
