Abstract:
The doctor is given a special power in his job, a unique one,”to work” on somebody else’s body with the final purpose of reaching, in certain cases the physical integrity. This right is set by justice for all people and for each individual. Therefore doctors exceptionally have this privilege by the power conferred by law.
