Abstract:
In order to analyze the decisions of the Constitutional Court regarding constitutional legal disputes, two aspects need to be clarified: 1. what is meant by constitutional legal conflict and 2. who are the authorities between whom such conflicts can arise. In this article, the authors present a complex analyses to the role of the Constitutional Court of Romania regarding the procedure of exercise the Romanian head of state powers, starting to these two questions.
