Abstract:
The study provides an overview of the profitability-risk relationship in Romania's capital market and real estate market. It is relevant for a specific segment of individuals and businesses, both domestic and foreign, as well as decision-makers shaping the country's economic strategy. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the two markets helps stakeholders make informed decisions about investing their available funds and comprehend the financing mechanisms. Protecting those with liquidity through investments in bonds, stocks, real estate funds, residential, or commercial properties is increasingly significant in the current economic context, both domestically and internationally.
