Abstract: Pornind de la relatia de implicare reciproca generata, la diferite niveluri, intre cultura si civilizatia unei comunitati - oras, stat, continent, etc..., lucrarea expune o noua paradigma cultural-stiintifica - paradigma integralist-transdisciplinara - si modul in care, prin intermediul sau, deontologia civilizatiei poate fi numita, proiectata si exprimata la nivel universal. Paradigma integralist-transdisciplinara (ITD), obtinuta prin conjugarea integralismului lingvistic coserian (unicul sistem integralist stiintific recunoscut academic) cu transdisciplinaritatea (noua metodologie stiintifica derivata din fizica cuantica, validata de asemenea la nivel academic-universitar) - poate genera modele noi de lucru prin care, sistemele actuale administrative in primul rand dar si cele juridice si legislative, se redreseaza. Paradigma ITD redefineste obiectele de studiu / activitate ale marilor cadre multidisciplinare actuale aflate in impas, - pornind de la aspectele de relationare (comunicare) pe care le conjuga corect cu functionalitatea si organicitatea sistemelor (modelelor) de lucru pe care le prefigureaza, – corect insemnand universal valabil. Lucrarea defineste conditiile si principiile sine qua non care asigura durabilitatea unei comunitati, al carei nucleu generativ trebuie sa fie corecta relationare, - propunand si instrumente concrete in sensul acestei dezvoltari.
