Abstract: У статті здійснено аналіз основних напрямів формування фінансової автономії вищих навчальних закладів. Визначено альтернативні джерела фінансування вищих навчальних закладів України в умовах недостатності бюджетного фінансування. Встановлено, що правильна організація фінансової структури та розширення напрямків залучення коштів вищими навчальними закладами сприятиме підвищенню їхньої конкурентоспроможності. The article analyzes the main directions of development of financial autonomy of universities. The alternative sources of funding universities in terms of the lack of funding are determined. It has been found out that the proper organization of financial structure and expansion of the areas of fundraising by universities contributes to their competitiveness.
