Abstract: У статті здійснено аналіз ефективної системи розподілу державних коштів, спрямованих на інвестування сфери науки. Визначено альтернативні фактори налагодження співпраці із закордонними суб’єктами наукової діяльності. Встановлено, що важливим фактором, який обумовлює активність науково-дослідних та дослідно-конструкторських робіт у країні, є система перерозподілу фінансових ризиків від інвестування в наукові розробки. The article analyzes the effective system of distribution of public funds for investing into the sphere of science. Alternative factors of promoting cooperation with foreign subjects of scientific activity are determined. It is established that an important factor, determining the activity of research and development in the country, is the system of redistribution of financial risks from investing into research and development.
