Abstract: В статье рассмотрены подходы к формированию кадрового резерва вуза, встроенного в стратегию его развития. Обсуждается понятие логистического подхода к кадровым потокам. Представлены результаты выполнения проекта формирования кадрового резерва в Вятском государственном гуманитарном университете. Делается вывод о влиянии проекта на эффективность деятельности вуза.
