Abstract: У статті розглядається проблеми забезпечення громадського психологічного здоров’я у час пандемії зумовленої COVID-19. Доводиться, що наслідки пандемії COVID-19 для всіх сфер суспільної діяльності зумовлюють трансформацію правової реальності та людської життєдіяльності. Психологічне здоров’я потребує особливої уваги, оскільки наслідки карантинних обмежень та засоби боротьби з хворобою активізували проблему. Визначено групи осіб, які особливо чутливі до проблеми та констатовано необхідність комплексності міжнародних та національних правових заходів для подолання проблем громадського психологічного здоров’я посилених пандемією COVID-19.
