Abstract: Розвиток українського агросектору може стати конкурентною перевагою України на міжнародному ринку товарів і послуг, оскільки перспектива змін у цій галузі характеризується високим потенціалом щодо зростання. Дослідження динаміки і структури розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств аграрного сектору в Україні і прямих інвестицій із-за кордону показало, що діяльність суб’єктів господарювання у досліджуваній сфері залежить від багатьох чинників, які досить суттєво впливають на імпортно-експортний потенціал підприємств аграрного сектору. У статті проаналізовано експортну та імпортну діяльність підприємств аграрного сектору, досліджено обсяги і ефективності залучення підприємствами аграрного сектору прямих іноземних інвестицій, які впливають на розвиток зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств аграрного сектору України.
