Reflection of the digitalization on the employment process – risks and perspectives

Abstract: The report examines the influence of the digitalization on the employment process. Examination objects are the sources of the national labour legislation and related acts of the EU. The main directions of the reflection of the digitalization on the employment process are outlined. On the one side are marked the risks, conditioned by the introduction of the new technologies, on the other are presented the perspectives and the connected to them challenges in front of the legal doctrine and in front of the labour legislation. Based on the analysis are made conclusions and summaries.
