Economic vision of the Mexican Political Constitution

Abstract: Political Constitution of the United Mexican States consists of 136 articles, which are classified into nine titles, additionally has 19 transitional articles and 729 reforms have been made to the 136 constitutional articles since its promulgation on February 5, 1917. The term 'economy' is used eight times in the base articles of Magna Carta, while the term 'economic' in its different modalities is used 52 times in the Constitution. The Economic Analysis of Law can be counted as the application of economic theory to the study and explanation of the legal system, based specifically on the subjects of microeconomics and welfare economics, of the neoclassical school. It can be said that there is a connection of economic law with the mechanisms used by the public sector for the redistribution of income, where its main instrument is state intervention in the economy. The Constitution is often defined as the supreme law of each country, it has also been said that it is the law of laws. The Economic Constitution is the set of rules establishing the fundamental and organic legal framework, which regulates a country's economic activity, as well as the economic relations of the State with citizens and their relationship between them What is known as the hard core of the constitutional economic chapter or the basic aspect of the Economic Constitution is composed of the main articles: 25, 26, 27 and 28, added from other articles that I will mention here, in the areas indicated: (a) The State's Economic Rectum; b) The energy sector in Mexico; (c) Autonomous constitutional bodies; d) Foreign Direct Investment; (e) Contributions and Budgets; and f) Wages and labor law.
