Emmanuel Tweneboah Senzu
MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
The thesis delves into the depth and breadth, in modern rehabilitation of convicts, with critical examination into the challenges and social implication on National Economy, and Investment. Therein, propose structural method and approach to minimize, and at extreme instance, to eliminate the kind of recidivism, common to West Africa crime settings. With an expectation that the Justice and Criminal Administrative system, as well detention and correctional measures, will serve as assets to the economy, instead of the current liability effects, it imposes on government resources.
