Public Management and Population Identification in the Democratic Republic of Congo: Application of a Trimodal Biometric Recognition Integration Model

Abstract: This article analyzes the challenges of identifying the Congolese population and proposes a trimodal biometric model based on DNA, iris recognition and fingerprints. It aims to strengthen authentification, improve administrative management and establish a reliable national database accessible via the web.
