MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
This work aims to provide a detailed assessment of the impact of EU conditionality in the Romanian institutional structures, especially in the field of public administration. To conceptualize the potential extent of its influence is necessary to identify the mechanisms through which the European Union exerts its influence on the candidate countries, and the key conditions for success.
