Ana Ionela Cristea
MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze the anti-corruption measures taken by Romania, after the fall of communism in 1989, to obtain a transparent public administration, according to the requirements of the European Union. Taking into account that one of the most important reasons of the growing of the corruption phenomenon is the lack of transparency of the administrative system, Romania needs to adopt and implement strategies for improving transparency criterions in the public administration system.
