Spatial Economy and Quality

Abstract: The article covers the importance of quality problem in spatial development, emphasizes the need for research in the field of economics of quality. It provides information about the development of «science– education–innovations» complex in the North-West federal district. The macro-regional quality management system, allowing to achieve the social-economic development indicators throughout the Northwest region of Russia, is offered in the article.
