System of guarantees of municipal employees

Abstract: In article the system of guarantees of the rights of the municipal employee is considered. The conclusion that acts of the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation, regulirukyushchy questions of municipal service, are subject to obligatory application if they at the same time correspond to acts of the federal legislation on munitsikpalny service is drawn and don't break competence of local governments according to the sakmostoyatelny solution of questions of local value.
