Virtual emotional intelligence

Abstract: Surprisingly small number of research papers were devoted to virtual emotional intelligence that plays a significant role in the process of interpersonal communication enabled by ICT technologies. The following work is aimed at filling this research gap. The paper begins with a brief discussion of emotional intelligence concept. Further, the processes of intensifying virtualization in enterprise management are elaborated. Finally, the original model of virtual emotional intelligence has been proposed.
