Abstract: This research aims to determine the role Bhayangkari, the educational background of the national police, and its working units in the revenue. Some people perceive increasingly active wife of the police participated in the Bhayangkari, would be good to their husbands. As with the two other variables, namely the educational background of the national police and its working units. Police Academy will occupy a definite position is more likely to earn a lot compared to the Police Officer. Respondents who used as many as 33 people who rank from Ipda to the Commissioner. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption, hypothesis testing and regression analysis with the computer program SPSS 17.0 version. The survey results revealed, partially Bhayangkari, educational background and work unit of the national police negatively affect earnings. However, after the simultaneous testing of all three results obtained simultaneously affect revenue with a probability of 0.024 smaller than the significance level used.
