Public Administration: some incurable diseases and ways to deal with them

Abstract: Public Administration is an essential component of governance, but it is not invulnerable in any of its levels to the administrative diseases. These diseases plaguing the body of public administration complicate life and hinder social and economic development. This research sheds light on several forms of deficiencies in public administration such as corruption, conflicts and alienation career. In any case, it appears that these situations are a serious obstacle for a high quality administrative services and a sustainable economic and social development. These diseases might lead to the collapse of the administrative system reputation. To explore the available remedies, this research focuses on innovative approaches to fight against these devastating administrative problems.
