Abstract: Резюме В доклада се изследва съдебният контрол върху административните актове, издавани в хода на процедурите по хабилитация на академичния състав. Акцент в изложението е поставен на анализа на специалната нормативна уредба, регламентирана със Закона за развитието на академичния състав в Република България и Закона за висшето образование и обвързаността с процедурните норми за обжалване на актовете по съдебен път. На база на комплексния анализ се набелязват проблеми и се обосновава необходимост от корекция и допълнение във формите на контрол. Abstract The paper examines the judicial control over the administrative acts, issued in the procedures of habilitation of the academic staff. Accent is put on the analysis of the special normative regulation in the Development of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act and the Higher education act and the relation to the procedure norms for appeal of the acts in front of the courts. On basis of the complex analysis the authors mark problems and motivate the necessity of correction and supplement of the forms of control.
