Abstract:
The interest in developing computerized or rather automated systems is determined not by the desire to have an immediate gain but, above all, to strategic goals. Investing in Information Systems (SI) in computer and telecommunications equipment, banks want, first and foremost, to discount and accelerate routine work in order to win the competitive battle.
