Interaction of public administration subjects and business sphere in territorial context

Abstract: The development is the common objective of public administration subjects and business sphere. In the case of public administration it usually concerns on development in wider context, on development in entrusted section, on development of territory and life conditions of its inhabitants. In the case of business sphere it concerns on development of individual enterprises and ensuring their prosperity, or development of branch or cluster. The mutual interaction of both spheres is crucial for their development. The public administration with its legislative activities participates in construction of formal framework for enterprise functioning, it can form with its direct administrative and regulative intervention the concrete atmosphere pro entrepreneurship development. The paper deals with chosen examples of interactions of public administration subjects, especially self-government, and business sphere in certain territory. The paper develops some thesis of research project WD-39-07-1 Development interactive audit.
