Support and Development of Inovative Potential in Industrial Companies

Abstract: The present times that are called era of globalisation are charecterised by various sign. These shoud be fully respected by all subjects if they find to operate in this turbulent environment. It is essential to adapt business behaviour to these changes. The most important is to accept the rate of change of final goods demand by consumers. This leads to shorter life time of goods, more strict criteria for environment protection and rising competition in all segments of market. Only company that pays attention to its marketing research and inovations can fulfill the various demands of consumers and react flexibly and quickly to the changes of these demands. Only such company can succeed. The task of top management of a company is to join technical and manage level of production process and make sure managers are able to explain inovation plans. Simultaneously they must understand the process of inovation design and be familiar with its resources available and timetable of the inovation projects.
