How to prevent crisis business?

Abstract:
The aim of this article is the description of the most common mistakes of intercompany business in time of crisis. It includes a proposal for the model “How to prevent a crisis” that should warn management before the crisis and help the company overcome initial problems. It also attempts to outline some of the financial resources in different parts of the enterprise. An analysis of the proposed system helps business indicators.
