Outsourcing in project management

Abstract: This paper deals with the outsourcing in project management. We present the results of own survey, which highlights the use of outsourcing in project management in selected Slovak companies. We try to analyse the impact of outsourcing on the success of projects surveyed and at the same time their influence on the financial management of Slovak companies.
