Abstract:
The allocation of resources and setting of wages in markets where employers are nonprofit institutions has received considerable professional and public attention.1 In what way do nonprofit factor demands and wage policies differ from those of for-profit enterprises? How do 'nonprofit labor markets' compare to for-profit markets?
