Abstract: The adjustment and adaptation of the offer to the touristic demand, having strong influences one over the other, are essential conditions for tourism planning. In such a context tourism becomes creator of new working places in a number of activities, especially in hotel, changing the social services in economic activities. Further to these changes, these activities, much enlarge by tourism, can be economically treated as secondary activities (tourism industry).
