Abstract:
TA large number of litigations between the economic agents, in our country and abroad, are to be solved at a rapid pace and also bonds recovery to debtors. In this way, the European Union Regulation allowed the release of binding securities which are valid in all European economic area, without the necessity for them to be acknowledged and approved by the state where forced performance is applied for.
