Abstract: The task of leading during an unremitting crisis is not an easy task. Economic crisis made possible another kind of difficulties inside companies and I refer at the crisis of the leadership. Today's transnational companies are affected by often unexpected events virtually everywhere in the world. In this unpredictable environment, leaders must be able to create and shift tactics, all the while keeping larger goals in prospect and performance results on target.
